Masambong Police Nabbed Two Female Drug Suspects In Manila

POLICE MAJOR GENERAL DEBOLD M SINAS, Regional Director, NCRPO lauded the operatives of Masambong Police Station for the successful arrest of a two female persons and recovery of evidence weighing more or less 500 grams with estimated street value of 3.4 million pesos at about 5:15 pm of June 23, 2020 in front of # 821 Norzagaray St. Brgy.384, Zone 39, Quiapo Manila.

Suspects were identified as Casmir Caris y Manabilang @MIMI, 30y/o, married, vendor, native of Lanao Del Sur and presently residing at #821 Norzagaray st. Brgy.384 Quiapo Manila; and Montiyah Madaya y Sultan,@MHON, 38y/o, married, vendor, presently residing at #821 Norzagaray st. Brgy.384, Quiapo Manila.

Probe reveals that SDEU personnel of Police Station 2 Masambong in coordination with Police Station 3 of Manila Police District and Barbosa Police Community Precinct conducted a joint “Buy Bust” Operation against @MIMI and her cohort. Upon consummation of the drug deal, poseur buyer executed the pre-arranged signal prompting the other operatives to arrest the suspects.

Recovered from them are the following pieces of evidence:

a). Eight (8) pieces of heat sealed and three (3) knot tied transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substances, suspected to be shabu, a dangerous drugs with markings all written on a masking tape with signatures approximately weights more or less 500 grams and estimated street value of Php 3,400,000.00.

b). Two (2) piece of genuine One Thousand peso bill incorporated with twenty four (24) pcs. of one thousand Boodle money;

c). One (1) digital weighing scale;

d). One (1) keypad cellphone;

e). One (1) pc. colored black clutch bag

The inventory of evidence was conducted at the place of arrest witnessed by Brgy. Captain Khalil Pundoma of Brgy.384 Quiapo Manila and Rene Joshua Abiad of NCRPO Media representative.

Suspects are now in the custody of PS 2 QCPD while the seized illegal drugs was turned-over to Quezon City Police District Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis.

“NCRPO will not cease in the conduct of its buy bust operations until all drug suspects are arrested and appropriate charges are filed against them. Our goal of a drug free community is working its way,” said PMGEN SINAS.
