The National Capital Region Police Chief, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the successful manhunt operation conducted by the operatives of Moriones Tondo Police Station, Manila Police District for the arrest of their Top 1 Most Wanted Person and recovery of caliber 40 with magazine and ammunition on July 22, 2020 at about 3:30PM along Bonifacio Drive near corner Katigbak Road, Port Area Manila.
Suspect was identified as REXSON GLUMALID y NAVARRO also aka “Pretty Boy” aka “Taba” 20 years old, single, helper and presently residing at 12 Rolling Road Brgy. Obrero Quezon City
According to the initial report, the operation stemmed from a report of a confidential informant that Glumalid was roaming around Parola area.
Wasting no time, the team conducted series of casing the surveillance operation which yielded positive result. Elements of Moriones Police Station conducted joint operation in coordination with Intelligence Section of PS11, MPD and effected the arrest of the accused by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of MURDER with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED issued by HONORABLE PAULINO Q GALLEGOS of RTC Branch 47, Manila dated November 14, 2019 docketed under with Criminal Case No. R-MNL-19-12104-CR.
Further probing reveals that Glumalid is the Leader of “NAVARRO” Crime Group and member of “DRAGON” Drug Group. Suspect is the Top 1 MWP of PS-11/MPD for the 3rd Quarter CY 2020 (Station Level).
During the arrest, accused NAVARRO was the driver of one (1) Toyota Vios color gray bearing plate No. NCH 3899 and recovered from his possession and control was one (1) Unit glock caliber .40 22 Gen4 with serial number AAMR990 loaded with Magazine and Ammunition.
Arrested suspect and the recovered evidence were brought to the Station for investigation and proper disposition.
