2 Chinese Arrested For Illegal Drug Trade

Joint anti-illegal drug effort of operatives from NCRPO, Pasay City Police Station, Counter Intelligence Team of RIU-NCR, SDEU led to the arrest of two Chinese Nationals for alleged illegal drug trade on May 18, 2020 at about 7:20 PM, along Buendia Cor. Taft infront of Jollibee and 7 11 Convenient Store., Brgy. 49 Zone 7 Pasay City.

The suspects were identified as CHUO XIAO BO @Guozai, 27 years old, male, Chinese National, single, jobless and presently residing at No. 1204 B.  Pamplona, Las Piñas City  (Violation of section 5, Art. II of RA 9165) and HAN XIAODONG, 35 years old, male, Chinese National, married, Pogo Employer And presently residing at Unit 8-B, Plaza,  Condominium,  124 LP Liveste St.,  Salcedo Village,  Makati  City. (Violation of section 26 in rel. to SEC. 5, Art. 2 of RA 9165). Said arrested Foreign Nationals are considered High Value Target as per PDEA Parameters.

Seized from their possession are the following items:

-Five (5) pieces small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu weighing 18.4 grams with estimated DDB price of Php 125,000.00

-One (1) small paper envelope “ANG PAO” color red

-One (1) digital weighing scale

-Four (4) pieces of one thousand-peso paper bill bearing serial number D985058, LH887026, HU821768 and JT643151 all amounting to four thousand pesos and

-One (1) Toyota Fortuner color black bearing plate number WIO 643.

The suspects are now under the custody of SDEU, Pasay CPS for booking  pending the filing of appropriate charges through inquest proceeding for violation of section 26 in rel. to SEC. 5, Art. 2 of RA 9165.

NCRPO CHIEF PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS hailed over the effort of his men to invigorate their anti-illegal drugs effort and ultimately free the Metro from all forms of criminality and illegal drugs.
