PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, the Regional Director of NCRPO, lauds the successful buy bust operation by the operatives of Taguig City Police Station and PDEA which led to the confiscation of around 3.4 Million pesos worth of suspected illegal drugs.
The operation was ploted by the joint personnel of PDEA IV-A, PDEA SES, PDEA NCR SDO and PDEA BARMM in close coordination with Taguig City Police Station.
According to the initial investigation, at about 1:05 PM of July 5, 2020, the operating team pushed through with the plotted Buy-Bust Operation in the Parking Lot of Sunshine Mall Plaza, Brgy. Western Bicutan, Taguig City.
Arrested during the operation was SAIDA KADILON y SANDIGAN, 45 years old, female, unemployed and a resident of Brgy. Maharlika Village, Taguig City.
Confiscated from her were more or less 500 grams of white crystaline substance suspected to be Shabu with a DDB value of around Php 3,400,000.00 contained inside 6 heat sealed transparent plastic sachets and 2 pieces knot tied plastic sachets.
The pieces of evidence collected were marked and inventoried in the place of arrest with the presence of witnesses Barangay Kagawad Raymundo Poblacion of Brgy. Western Bicutan and Jimmy Mendoza of Sonshine Radio.
The arrested suspect and recovered pieces of evidence were taken into custody of the operating units of PDEA IV-A for appropriate action.
