PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, RD, NCRPO congratulates another accomplishment of Kamuning Police Station, Quezon City Police District for their thorough pursuit of law breakers which resulted in the arrest of four (4) drug personalities, during a buy-bust operation conducted on August 4, 2020.
Buy-Bust operation was plotted after verification on the report of an informant. Subsequently, in coordination with PDEA-NCR, operatives of PS-10, QCPD Station Drugs Enforcement Unit conducted a buy-bust operation on August 4, 2020 that ensued the arrest of four (4) drug personalities at about 11:45 PM along Timog Ave., near corner Samar Ave., Barangay Sacred Heart, Quezon City.
The identified suspects were:
1. Vermont Andrew Velasquez y Marchadesch, 36 years old, single, jobless, native of and presently residing at No. 79 Cattleya St., Brgy. Bahay Torro, QC
2. Mark Cruz y Martinez, 34 years old, single, jobless, native of and residing at No.126, Timog Ave., Brgy. Sacred Heart, QC
3.Vincente Martin Ramon Santos y Brion, 55 years old, married, account executive, native of Manila and presently residing at No.10, Narra Road, Palmera 3, Cainta Rizal, and;
4 ANSELMO DIVINO y De Leon, 44 years old, single, parking attendant, native of Subic and presently residing at No. 1611, Lot16, Brgy. Palmera, Gaya Gaya, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
Recovered pieces of evidence are:
1. One (1) piece of medium size heat sealed plastic containing undetermined amount of white crystalline substance commonly known as shabu;
2.One (1) piece of large size heat sealed plastic containing undetermined amount of white crystalline substance commonly known as shabu;
3.One (1) piece of small size heat sealed plastic containing undetermined amount of white crystalline substance commonly known as shabu;
4.Buy-bust money amounting to Forty Two Thousand Pesos (Php42,000.00) (One (1) piece of genuine One Thousand Peso Bill incorporated with Forty One Thousand Pesos as boodle money);
5.Three (3) units of cellphone;
6.One (1) weighing scale;
7.One (1) black pouch; and,
8.One (1) unit of Mazda CX9 plate number UJI 770.
The recovered/seized suspected Shabu weighing more or less 60 grams has DDB value amounting to Php408,000.00.
Suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Police Station for further investigation and proper disposition.
Likewise, suspects will face charges for violation of Section 5 and Section 11, under Art.II of R.A. 9165 also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
