Arrest of 5 suspects and confiscation of 1.7M worth of shabu

FIVE SUSPECTS ARRESTED; 1.7 M SHABU CONFISCATED, Gen. Bato’s vision validated! 

Five male suspects were arrested and a total of Php 1,700,000.00 street value of suspected shabu was confiscated by police authorities during an anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation conducted at about 10:45 am of February 20, 2019 along C6 Road, Barangay Lower Bicutan, Taguig City. 

The operation was hatched from the information given by a civilian informant. A week long casing and surveillance was conducted resulting in a positive validation that suspects were indeed pushers and couriers of shabu in areas of Pasig City and Rizal. 

Joint elements of Regional Drug Enforcement Unit-NCRPO, Taguig City Police Station and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency- NCRPO RO successfully arrested (5) five male suspects identified as: Emmanuel Santos Regidor, 47 y/o, Native of Rizal. Jobless and presently residing at Brgy San Louise Phase 2B,Bagong Nayon 2, Antipolo City Rizal; John Martin Nulla Santos, 28 y/o Jobless, native of Cebu City and presently residing at 159 Dr. Sixto Antonio Ave. Rosario Pasig City; Brian Christian Santos y Reyes, 29 y/o, Single, Computer Technician, presently residing at 144C Dr. Sixto Antonio Ave. Rosario Pasig City; Nico Salasibar y Callos, 28 y/o, with live-in partner, Motorcycle Mechanic, Native of Albay Camarines Norte, presently residing at 2713 Rodriguez compound, Rosario Pasig City; Rhoderick Reyes y Malimban, 28 y/o, single, Jobless, Native of Marigondon Cavite, residing at 2676 Rodriguez compound, Rosario Pasig City. 

The arrested suspects and recovered pieces of evidence were immediately brought to RDEU office for investigation and proper disposition and subsequently, submitted to the Crime Laboratory Office for qualitative examination and confirmatory test. 

Cases for Violation of RA 9165 are being prepared for filling in court.

The arrest of these suspects and other suspects DAILY and NATIONWIDE at that only confirms the outlook and wisdom of our 2 PNP Chiefs. We will continue our relentless efforts and operations against illegal drugs as we have committed to the President and our PNP Chief.”
