PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauded the operatives of Caloocan City Police Station for the successful arrest of three (3) members of Negro Group and recovery of evidence weighing more or less 15grams with Standard Drug Price of Php102,000 at about 1:45 AM of June 11, 2020 (Thursday) at Brgy. 178, Camarin, Caloocan City (North).
Records show that operatives of Station Intelligence Branch and Station Drug Enforcement Unit in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-RONCR conducted the buy-bust operation which led to the arrest of :
- CELIA CABE y Abong @jingoy, 58 y/o (DOB: Feb 17, 1962), female, married, sower, and presently residing at Blk. 4 Lot 34, Devine Homes, Brgy. 178, Camarin, Calocan City.
- JUSTINE CABE y Abong @jingoy, 21 y/o (DOB: March 10, 1999), male, single, laborer and presently residing at Devine Homes, Brgy. 178, Camarin, Calocan City.
- RAFFY YBOA y Tibo, 36 y/o (Dec. 3, 1983), male, with common law wife, fruit vendor, and presently residing at #6057 Pasilio Singko, Camarin, Caloocan City.
Probing reveals that “NEGRO” Group were involved in the proliferation of Illegal Drugs and Gun for Hire Activity at North, Caloocan City. Likewise, said group is responsible in the series of shooting incidents since 2016 to present at the said Brgy.
Further investigation disclosed that the Group were armed with undetermined firearms (short and long) in threatening their neighborhood while under the influence of illegal drugs. The last criminal activity of the group was monitored on September 29, 2019 wherein a shooting incident transpired along 1287 Sampaloc Pasilyo 5, Divine Mercy Owners Association, Brgy 178, Camarin, Caloocan City. The victim was was shot by NEGRO GROUP that led to his instantaneous death while two of the victim’s friends were injured.
A total of three (3) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu and the buy bust money were seized during the operation.
The inventory of evidence was conducted at the place of arrest witnessed by Brgy. 178 Kagawad Eduardo Arligue and Mr Renato R Pedroche of Latigo News TV.
“We will conduct in depth investigation to locate the other members of this group. Follow up operations will also be hatched, as Team NCRPO never ceases in arresting members of Criminal Gangs and deterring the proliferation of drugs in Metro Manila,” said PMGEN SINAS.
