NCRPO Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the successful manhunt operations conducted by the operatives of Caloocan City Police Station, Norther Police District which led to the arrest of the station’s TOP 2 Most Wanted Person for 3rd quarter 2020 at about 9:00 pm of August 16, 2020 at J. Delos Santos St., Jalajala, Rizal.
The arrest was a result of series of intelligence operation after an information from a concerned individual was received by the authorities. Upon confirmation, operatives plotted the operation.
Accused was identified as: John Michael Torres y Cleofas, 25 years old, Single, jobless and presently residing at J Delos Santos Street, JalaJala, Rizal.
The arrest of the accused was made by virtue of warrant of arrest for ROBBERY WITH HOMICIDE docketed no. C-111101 issued by Hon. RODOLFO P AZUCENA JR Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 125, Regional Trial Court, Caloocan City. Arrested suspect after being informed of his constitutional rights, was brought to this office for documentation and proper disposition.
Upon his arrest, he was apprised of his constitutional rights and was informed of the nature of his arrest before he was brought to the station pending the issuance of the commitment order and return of the warrant of arrest to the issuing court.
