DISTRICT’S DDEU TOP 4 DRUGS WATCHLIST PERSONALITY NABBED BY TALIPAPA POLICE

Chief NCRPO, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS commended the elements of Talipapa Police Station for apprehending a male violator who is also the Top 4 Drug Watch list Personality of District, QCPD on June 18, 2020 at Quezon City.

Suspect  LOS BRIGS FABRO y PERALTA, 30 years old, male, single, unemployed, native of Quezon City and a resident of No.109 Seminary Road, Brgy Bahay Toro, Quezon City was initially arrested for violation of PD 1602 (Cara y Cruz).

Records show that after thorough and continuous conduct and implementation of Anti-Criminality operation in relation to General Community Quarantine particularly where illegal activities within the PS-3 AOR’s, police operatives spotted male persons playing illegal gambling Cara y Cruz. Two among the violators were able to elude arrest but Fabro, who also tried to escape, was caught and arrested.

Confiscated evidence from his possession and control were Three (3) pieces of 1 peso coin  (used as Pangara); Three (3) pieces 20 peso bill used as bet money; One caliber .22 revolver without serial number loaded with three (3) live ammunitions; and One Aerox Yamaha color orange/black.

Verification was made against him wherein it was learned that the same was involved in illegal activities, linked to several drugs watch list personalities of Talipapa Station and was previously arrested for violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591 (Illegal Possession of firearms “gun replica”) and Art. 151 of the RPC.

Cases for violation of PD 1602 (Cara Y Cruz) and RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunitions Regulation Act of 2012) are being prepared against the suspect for inquest proceedings before the City Prosecutors Office.
