EIGHT (8) MOTORCYCLE UNITS TURNED OVER TO MPD POLICE STATIONS
PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, Chief, NCRPO spearheaded the turn-over and issuance of 8 units of refurbished motorcycles to the newly activated station, the Delpan Police Station (PS-12) and Baseco Police Station (PS-13) on September 21, 2020 around 2:30 PM in front of the NCRPO Admin Building.
Amid the current pandemic situation, TEAM NCRPO’s initiative to maintain peace and order in the community is always a top priority, launching projects and operations that create safe environment for the public.
Part of it is the issuance of motorcycles to the newly activated police stations of Manila Police District, Delpan Police Station – 12 and Baseco Police Station – 13 that will solely support and strengthen the patrol operation of these Police Stations in combating crimes for the welfare of the community.
Given the fact that Manila is one of the most populated cities in Metro and crime incidents are inevitable, it is necessary that all of the personnel are equipped to perform their duties.
The turn-over was spearheaded by NCRPO Regional Director PMGEN SINAS along with the personnel of Regional Logistics and Research and Development Division. PS – 12 station commander PLTCOL EVANGELINE B MARTOS and other police officers were also present during the issuance of the motorcycles.
“TEAM NCRPO is aiming to provide adequate safety and protection to the public and giving our personnel the needed equipment is one way of making it possible. These 8 units of motorcycle will be very beneficial for our police personnel as they can quickly patrol the streets and fulfill their duty in maintaining peace and order,” PMGEN SINAS said.
