Illegal Recruiter Nabbed In Quezon City

The National Capital Region Police Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the Oplan Pagtugis of Regional Field Unit -NCR, Regional Intelligence Division- NCRPO and QCPD-District Intelligence Division and  Anonas Police Station 9 which led to the arrest of an illegal recruiter at about 6:00  PM of July 16, 2020 along  Aurora Blvd, Quezon City.

Accused was identified as Maria Nilda Nuique Maniwang a.k.a. “Neneng Nuique”  50 yrs old, married, born on April 4 1970, native of Negros Oriental.

Operation stemmed through the Intel Packet of BFP National Capital Region Intelligence and Investigation Section. Casing and surveillance were conducted until operatives were able to establish her whereabouts.

Investigation disclosed that joint operatives of QCDFU, RFU NCR, RID NCRPO, RIU NCR-IG, DID-QCPD and QCPD Anonas Police Station 9 arrested the accused by virtue of an Alias Warrant of Arrest for violation of RA 10022 (Illegal Recruitment in Large Scale) docketed under CC. no. 2784 issued by Hon. Gerardo A. Paguio, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC , Branch 40,  Dumaguete City dated November 5, 2019 with NO BAIL recommended.

Arrested accused was brought to QCDFU Office, Camp Karingal, Quezon City for proper documentation and disposition prior to the return of warrant to the issuing court.

“I am glad that Team NCRPO is working closely with other law enforcement agencies to apprehend accused persons. Through coordination and camaraderie, we will be able to serve more warrants for a more peaceful Metro,” said PMGEN SINAS.
