The Regional Drug Enforcement Unit (RDEU), NCRPO and Regional Special Operations Unit (RSOU), NCRPO presented to PDIR GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR, Regional Director, NCRPO the arrested Ex- Philippine Army personnel and two other malefactors for selling suspected shabu worth 1.360M pesos identified as: 1. JOHNVEN ARNAIZ y DAGON @ TOTO/BOSSING, 40 years old, with live-in-partner, Ex-Philippine Army personnel, Businessman and a resident of Estrada Cmpd., Estrada 2, BF Homes, Parañaque City; 2 VALENTINE ARNAIZ y Sarita @ VAL, 52 years old, married, Construction Worker and a resident of same address of suspect #1; and 3. JOSEPH GABATBAT y Macariola @ JOSEPH, 37 years old, married, Driver and a resident of Letre, Malabon City.
