The Acting Regional Director, PDIR Carmelo Espiña Valmoria of National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) spearheaded the 23rd PNP Foundation Day with this year’s theme “Pulis at Mamamayan: Magkaisa tungo sa Serbisyong Makatotohanan” held at NCRPO Grandstand, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City on February 11, 2014 at 9:00 AM.
The NAPOLCOM-NCR Regional Director Dr. Yolanda S. Lira graced the celebration as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. Together with the other guests, Hon. Mayor Lani Cayetano of Taguig City, former NCRPO Regional Directors: PDDG Reynaldo Velasco (Ret), PDDG Vidal Querol (Ret) and PDIR Roberto Rosales (Ret), other friends and stakeholders who were cited for their continuous support and cooperation in all the undertakings of NCRPO through the years.
PDIR Valmoria challenged all police officers of NCRPO to continuously serve as the catalysts of change and guardians of peace and order by serving the public with utmost dedication on providing the best and quality service – that is the Serbisyong Makatotohanan.
Likewise, Dir. Lira assured that the NAPOLCOM NCR will support the NCRPO’s undertakings and anti-criminality campaign especially on the implementation and enforcement of law to combat the motorcycle riding criminals.
On the other hand, PCSUPT Richard A Albano, District Director of QCPD received a plaque of Recognition from NAPOLCOM-NCR for garnering the highest positive score among the five (5) police districts in the public perception survey of the police in Metro Manila conducted by NAPOLCOM NCR on December 2013 in eighteen (18) focused areas of Metro Manila.
