NCRPO Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS commended the elements of the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Pasay City Police Station for the successful conduct of a Manhunt Operation/Oplan Galugad against most wanted person with warrant of arrest along P. Santos St., Malibay, Pasay City at about 2:00PM of June 3, 2020.
The operation stemmed from a confidential informant followed by a series of validation and surveilance regarding the whereabouts of the accused who was later identified as SONNY BOY SANCHEZ y PATAWARIN, 22 years old, single and resident of No. 131 P. Santos St., Malibay, Pasay City.
The accused ranked No. 3 among the Top 10 Most Wanted Person in Pasay City for the 2nd Quarter of CY 2020.
He was wanted for the crime of theft docketed under Criminal Case No. M-PSY-18-35639-CR the warrant of arrest for which was issued by Hon. Remiebel U. Mondia, LLM, Presiding Judge of MTC Branch 45, Pasay City dated October 5, 2018 with a bail recommendation of Php4,000.00.
The accused is now under police custody of Pasay Police Station for proper documentation prior to his submission to the court of origin for appropriate disposition.
