In line with the intensified campaign of Team NCRPO against Most Wanted Person in the region, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, RD National Capital Region Police Office lauds the operatives of Malabon City Police Station, Northern Police District for the arrest of the Top 8 Most Wanted Person on October 1, 2020 at about 10:30AM along Wawang Pulo, Valenzuela City.
Arrested Wanted Person was identified as Rovic Balurin y Calubaquib, 18 y/o, male, single, jobless and resident of #29-B Ignacio St., Brgy Panghulo, Malabon City.
Investigation disclosed that the operation was hatched after two (2) weeks of surveillance conducted by the operatives of the Warrant Service Section regarding the whereabouts of the subject person. Upon validation of the intelligence report, operatives served and effected the arrest of the above mentioned accused.
The accused was arrested by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Abigail S Domingo-Laylo, Family Court Branch 4, Malabon City under Criminal Case Number 20-695-MAL for the Crime of Robbery (hold-up) dated August 28, 2020 with a recommended bail of ten thousand pesos (PHP10,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
Upon arrest, Balurin was appraised of his Constitutional Rights and was brought to the Malabon City Police Station for documentation and disposition. However, the accused was immediately discharged on bail for his temporary release on the same day of arrest.
