Malate Station’s Top 7 Most Wanted Apprehended

NCRPO Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the successful manhunt operations conducted by the personnel of Malate Police Station, Manila Police District which led to the arrest of the Top 7 Most Wanted Person of their station.

According to the initial report, the operation stemmed from a tip given by their confidential informant in connection with the suspect’s possible whereabouts.  Series of casing and surveillance were conducted to verify the veracity of the report.

Thereafter, at about 8:30 pm of July 9, 2020, an operation to serve the warrant was conducted along Opalo St., near corner Zobel Roxas St., Sta. Ana, Manila against LHIANA MENDEZ y SANTOS (fictitious name) also known as RUTH MARTINEZ y IGNACIO (real name), 24 y/o, married, a collection specialist, and residing at 2571 Opalo st. San Andres Brgy. 764 Sta. Ana, Manila.

PS9 tracker team arrested the suspect by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding judge: Hon. Ma. Lourdes V. Barrios-Sapalo of Branch 64 Makati MTC, Makati City for the crime of THEFT (CC # 384608).

Accused is presently detained at Malate Station pending issuance of commitment order.

“NCRPO assures that Metro Manila is not a place for accused persons hiding from the law. With all our units working together to apprehend them, we will surely serve their warrants of arrest wherever they are,” said PMGEN SINAS.
