The Station Drug Enforcement Team of Ermita Police Station led by PLT JOB V JIMENEZ under the direct supervision of PS-5 Station Commander, PLTCOL ARIEL C CARAMOAN in coordination with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, RO-NCR Manila District Office led by IA III Aldwin D Pagaragan, District Officer succesfully conducted an anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation at about 12:00 noon of February 26, 2020 along Dagupan Extension near corner Raxabago St. Tondo, Manila that resulted in the arrest of one female drug suspect.
With this, NCRPO, Regional Director, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS visits Ermita Police Station, Manila Police Distict today, February 26, 2020, to congratulate its personnel regarding the confiscation of suspected shabu weighing more or less 1.025 kilograms of shabu with DDB Street Value of Php 6,970.000.00.
The NCRPO Chief, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS positively identified the suspect as: KEVIN JASON y NMN @KEVIN, female, 28 years old, DOB- December 17, 1991, single, jobless and a resident of 2022 Interior 34 G. Perfecto St. Tondo, Manila.
Upon apprehension, operatives yielded the following pieces of evidence:
One (1) knot tied transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu marked as DRO 2-26-2020 with signature;
One (1) sling bag color black and red “Champion” brand; One (1) transparent plastic pack marked as DRO 1A 2-26-2020 with signature;
One (1) plastic pack color yellow, gold and red with Chinese character and brand name “GUANYINWANG” Refined Chinese Tea;
One (1) transparent plastic pack containing brick of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu;
One (1) transparent plastic pack containing brick of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu marked as DRO 1AAA 2-26-2020 with signature and pre-marked AA on the plastic;
One (1) piece of Php1,000.00 peso bill utilized as the marked buy-bust money with markings SDET bearing serial number KN608306 topped on a boodle money amounting to Php50.000.00.
Arrested suspect is now under the custody of Ermita Police Station while seized pieces of evidence were immediately brought to the MPD Crime Laboratory Office for qualitative and quantitative examination.
Criminal complaints for Violation of Section 5 (Selling, Distribution and Transportation of Dangerous Drug), Section 11 (Illegal Possession of Dangerous Drug) and Section 15 (Used of Dangerous Drug) Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 will be referred for inquest proceedings at Manila City Prosecutor’s Office against the suspect.
