The whole workforce of the National Capital Region Police Office together with the members of the Officers’ Ladies Club (OLC) other colleagues and friends joined PMGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR in a Thanksgiving and Fellowship Night at the Lakeshore Hall in Taguig City on 14 October 2019.
Initiated by the gallant men and women of NCRPO, the occasion was meant to convey to the outgoing Regional Director the collective gratitude of NCRPO for his hardwork, sacrifice and exemplary performance on his 16-months stint in keeping Metro Manila secure and safe as Regional Director and for his genuine concern for the welfare and well-being of Metro Manila’s policemen.
Highlighted on this event was his legacy of more than three decades of devotional public service as an epitome of excellent professional police officer molded by hard work, integrity and professionalism.
In his speech, PMGEN ELEAZAR expressed his words of appreciation to all saying, “Your unwavering support to Team NCRPO served as the fuel of our journey towards attaining greater heights. You are the Best Police Region in the country and I am proud of you.”
Guilor, as his acquaintances call him, was the the crimebusting brainchild of the revolutionized internal cleansing operations known as the INTENSIFIED CLEANLINESS POLICY that served as the blueprint of his term in NCRPO.
ICP fulfills the promise of stimulating cleanliness INTERNALLY – within the police ranks and EXTERNALLY – cleaning every community off crime and drugs and all other social menace.
“To my Team NCRPO, I hold you in high regard because you have created high benchmarks for the National Capital Region Police Office with your High quality of work. Truth is, there will never be enough times I can say those precious words “thank you” to match what you have done for NCRPO,” he added.
