Anti- Illegal Drug Operation conducted by joint-operatives from National Capital Region Police Office, DDEU, QCPD and DID, QCPD in close coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Authority resulted in the seizure of more than 1 Million worth of illegal drugs.
The operation transpired at about 5:20 AM of May 20, 2020 along Katipunan Ave. near corner CP Garcia Ave., Brgy. UP Campus, Quezon City.
NCRPO Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS identified the arrested suspect as TENG MACALBOG y GUIAMAL @Moklo, 47 years old (DOB May 11, 1973), male, married, brgy. tanod of Maharlika Taguig City, with quarantine pass and brgy. I.D., and a resident of block 54 lot 13, Zamboanga St., Brgy. Maharlika, Taguig City.
Initial investigation disclosed that the above suspect was arrested following a successful buy-bust operation conducted by the NCRPO police.
Recovered from him are the following items:
a. Three (3) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu marked as TGM/CBB BUYBUST-1 5-20-20, TGM/CBB BUYBUST-2 5-20-20, and TGM/CBB BUYBUST-3 5-20-20 all with signature.
b. One Chinese tea bag marked as TGM/CBB BUYBUST 5-20-20 with signature.
c. One color brown paper bag marked as TGM/CBB-2 5-20-20 with signature.
d. One unit cellular phone marked as TGM/CBB-1 5-20-20 with signature,
e. One unit motorcycle Yamaha mio soulty color matte black with registration no. 1303-0785342; and
f. One piece genuine one thousand peso bill with SN. LE209439 with initials CBB at the upper right portion incorporated with 299 pieces fake/bogus one thousand peso bill.
Seized suspected SHABU weighs more or less 150 grams with an estimated DDB value of Php 1,020, 000.00 and was turned over to the Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis.
The arrest and inventory of the items seized were done in the presence of the following witnesses:
1. Brgy Elected Official- Kagawad Carlos G Francisco of Brgy. UP Campus, Quezon City.
2. Media Representative- Mr Alex Mendoza, HATAW/QCPD Press Corp.
3. DOJ Representative- no available.
The suspect is now under the custody of the District Drug Enforcement Unit, QCPD Custodial Facility for proper disposition.
NCRPO Chief commended his men for their unwavering campaigns against illegal drugs.

The suspect will be facing charges for Violation of Section 5, Art II of RA 9165 among others.
