PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS commended the int personnel of Southern Police District
Taguig City Police Station for the successful conduct of a buy-bust operation at No.505 Condo Unit, Jolo Sulu St., Brgy. Maharlika, Taguig City at about 10:15PM of July 17, 2020.
The operation stemmed from a series of surveillance, casing and monitoring of the whereabouts and scheme of the suspects until a buy bust operation was plotted in close coordination with PDEA under coordination control no. 10001-072020-0423.
Initial report disclosed that one of the police officers acted as a poseur buyer and after positively consummating the transaction, he gave the signal for the arrest of the suspect who was identified to be Bernadette Kudanding y Asuncion a.k.a. “Bernadette”, 34 years old, female, married, jobless and born on January 10, 1986 in Olonggapo City and presently residing at No.505 Condo Unit, Jolo Sulu St., Brgy. Maharlika, Taguig City (Arrested Suspect for Buy-bust operation).
Recovered from the suspect are the following items to wit:
a) Two (2) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu marked as BKA 7/17/2020 with signature of seizing officer (object of sale) BKA-1 7/17/2020 with signature of seizing officer as object of possession weighing more or less 53.86 grams with DDB value of (Php 366,248.00)
b) One (1) piece One Hundred Peso Bill with Dusting Powder from SPD Crime Laboratory bearing serial number HX072928 (Buy-bust Money). c) One (1) piece pouch color pink marked as BKA-2 7/17/2020 with signature of seizing officer.
d) One (1) piece Cellular phone OPPO brand marked as BKA-3 7/17/2020 with signature of seizing officer.
e) One (1) piece One-thousand-peso bill with serial number FE541905 utilized as Buy-bust money.
The seized pieces of evidence was photographed, marked and inventoried in the presence of mandatory witnessesnin the person of Kagawad Akmad D Wahab of Brgy. Maharlika, Taguig City and Nolan Ariola, of Leader News Philippines in the place of incident.
The drug evidence seized was turned over to the crime laboratory for confirmatory testing while the suspect is currently detained in the police station for documentation and filing of appropriate charges for violation of RA 9165.
