More Than 9OOK Worth Of Shabu Seized In Pasay

Regional Director, National Capital Region Police Office, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauded Pasay City Police Station, Southern Police District for the confiscation of 136.94 grams of suspected crystal meth or commonly known as “shabu” and the arrest of one suspect in a buy-bust operation steered in Pasay City.

The suspect was identified as Nicole Lim y Endera also known as Cocoy, Filipino, Male, 29 years old, single, jobless and residing at No. 2164 P. Dan Dan St., Brgy 51 Zone 8, Pasay City. Suspect is also included in the Pasay City Police Station Drug Watch list.

The joint operation was plotted by the operatives of Station Drug Enforcement Unit of Pasay City Police Station and Police Sub-Station 1.

According to investigation, on July 24, 2020 at about 2:00AM, operating teams pushed through with the conduct of buy-bust operation with PDEA Control Number 10001-072020-0543 against the suspect at No. 2164 P. Dan Street Brgy 51 Zone 8, Pasay City that resulted in his arrest.

Confiscated from the suspects were the following pieces of evidence:

a.         Thirty-five (35) pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu;

b.         Cash amounting to PHP1,500.00 used as buy-bust money;

c.         One (1) rectangular red pouch, and;

d.         One (1) small colored (red, black and gray) sling bag

Photographs, pieces of evidence were marked and inventoried in the place of arrest in the presence of Barangay Kagawad Rosita P Dalida and Rommel T Divina of Brgy 51, Pasay City and Mr Eric Jayson Drew of Hataw Pasay City Press Office.

Drug suspect will be charged for violation of sections 5 and 11 (selling and possession) of Article II of RA 9165 also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
