The Moriones- Tondo Police Station in coordination with Pandi Municipal Police Station successfully conducted manhunt police operation which resulted in the arrest of the Top 1 Most Wanted Person of the station at about 6:00 PM of April 7, 2019 along Phase 4 Pabahay Barangay Bagong Barrio Pandi, Bulacan. NCRPO Regional Director PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS identified the accused as Marvin Borata Cruz @ Marvin, 37 years old, male, single,painter, presently residing at Gate 2 Area A Parola Cmpd, Brgy 20 Tondo Manila. The accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of MURDER with “No Bail Recommended” issued on August 5, 2019 docketed under Criminal Case no. 14-307748 and Warrant of Arrest for the crime of ROBBERY with PHP 100,000.00 Bail Recommended docketed under Criminal Case No. 07-254707 issued on August 6, 2019 both was issued by Hon. Judge Emma S. Young of RTC Branch 36, City of Manila. Operation stemmed from an information of a confidential informant regarding the whereabouts of the accused. Casing and surveillance were conducted resulting in a positive validation. There and then, operatives tactically proceeded to the whereabouts of the accused. As a result, operatives were able to effect the arrest of the Top 1 Most Wanted Person (Station Level). Accused is presently detained at detention cell of Moriones-Tondo Police Station pending the return of warrant of Arrest and Issuance of the Commitment Order. “The coordination between the police stations are indeed laudable. The apprehension of the accused signifies that the law enforcement will find criminals wherever they are through proper coordination. With the help of the public, despite the fight against CoViD 19, NCRPO assures to arrest other criminals hiding and running from the law”, PMGEN SINAS said.
