NCRPO CONDUCTED THE OATH TAKING OF NEW NCRPO PATROLMEN/ PATROLWOMEN

The National Capital Region Police Office Director PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS administered the oath taking of the 98 new Patrolmen and Patrolwomen on August 24, 20202 at Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City.

The 98 Police Recruits were among the 618 NCRPO Online Applicants who passed the rigid screening for the regular recruitment quota which started this July 2020. They were able to outshine during the physical exercises, medical, dental and neuropsychiatric examination conducted to gauge their capability and endurance.

The newly recruits have sworn to serve the public with honor, justice and integrity anchored PNP’s Core Values. The whole PNP have high hopes that this batch will produce effective police officers for there are two magna cum laude and five cum laude graduates within their batch. Other than that, 73 criminologists, 7 business administration graduates, 6 licensed teachers, are among the accepted recruits. There are also other courses accepted such as BS Library and Science, BS IT, BS Engineering, BS HRM and BS Computer Science.

The new breed of police officers were turned over to the National Capital Region Training Center (NCRTC) and were received by PLTCOL SANCHO O CELEDIO where they will undergo the Public Safety Basic Recruit Course (PSBRC) for six months. During the rigorous training, the recruits will be exposed to the basic knowledge in policing, combat and tactics, administrative and operations and traffic procedures.

PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS said the new policemen will beef-up the manpower of the NCRPO to further strengthen its force and give succor to the plight against all forms of criminality and illegal drugs as well as maintain the peace and order situation of Metro Manila.
