The exemplary performance of two outstanding members of Team NCRPO has been acknowledged by the PNP National Headquarters that resulted in their promotion to higher positions, to wit:
PCOL ARTHUR VELASCO BISNAR as Acting Director, PNP Retirement and Benefits Administration Service (PRBS); and
PCOL MARIA LEONORA CHUA CAMARAO as Director, PNP Recruitment and Selection Service (PRSS).
Vacancies of their position led the National Capital Region Police Office to undergo major changes of its key offices to give way to career development and opportunity to deserving officers among its ranks.
NCRPO Regional Director, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS elatedly announced the designation of deserving metro cops to higher offices in the Regional Headquarters to wit:
PCOL RANDY GLENN GUIRIBA SILVIO – OIC, Regional Mobile Force Battalion ;
PCOL RODEL ALCANTARA PASTOR – Acting Chief, Regional Personnel and Records Management Division;
PCOL HECTOR UDANI GRIJALDO JR – Secretary of the Chief Regional Staff;
PCOL ROGELIO PABLO SIMON – Acting Chief, Regional Operations Division;
PCOL BERNARD RELATO YANG – Officer-in-Charge, Makati City Police Station;
The newly designated officers will be holding their new positions effective May 18, 2020 pursuant to General Orders No. NCRPO-GO-DES-2020-6881.
The designation of deserving officers to higher offices encompasses not only in the region but also in the district level of NCRPO.
Towards this end, the following officers have been designated as heads of the units listed opposite their names:
PCOL JUAN BINAMIRA AÑONUEVO – Deputy District Director for Administration, Quezon City Police District
PCOL ENRICO HUELBA VARGAS – Deputy District Director for Operations, Southern Police District
PCOL RAUL MENDITA TACACA – Chief District Directorial Staff, Quezon City Police District, and
PCOL FERDINAND TORRES NAVARRO – Deputy District Director for Operations, Quezon City Police District.
The reassignment aims to give recognition and appreciation for the exemplary service rendered by the above mentioned officers during their tenure in their previous offices.
Moreover, it aims to boost the morale and encourage the men and women of the NCRPO to continue to work hard for the betterment of their career as public servants.
