In order to sustain the physical well-being of all personnel and keep them mentally and physically fit in the midst of the health pandemic, the 4-minute simple workout program of the National Capital Region Police Office is actively being implemented inside the camp, stations and sub-stations.
The Daily Workout requires every personnel to stand up, stop everything they do and do some stretching or jumping jacks whenever they hear music. The music is set every 10:00am and 3:00pm daily to aid one’s blood circulation and reduction of hypertension. It was first launched on February 17, 2020 prior to the pronouncement of the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
The said program is one among the several initiatives of NCRPO that guarantees the health and safety of NCRPO’s frontline force in the battle against the Covid 19 virus and other emergency health situations.
“We are glad that the 4 minute workout helps in strengthening our personnel’s body alongside their own personal workout activities. Healthy and capable police officers are our best asset in maintaining peace and order in the community while also fighting the unseen enemy,” PMGEN SINAS said.
