“NCRPO’s Journey to Fitness”

In line with the initiative of our Chief, PNP, PGEN ARCHIE FRANCISCO F GAMBOA to promote health and wellness of all personnel in the Philippine National Police, the National Capital Region Police Office headed by PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, Regional Director, NCRPO, launched the “NCRPO Daily Workout” today, February 17, 2020.

This is in addditon to NCRPO’s several programs or campaign aimed to sustain the physical well-being of all personnel to keep them mentally and physically fit.

PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony announced the program “NCRPO Daily Workout”, wherein all personnel are required for a 4-minute simple workout whenever they hear the music at 10:00am and 3:00pm. With no excuses, all RHQ personnel must stand up, temporarily stop their daily tasks and do some stretching or jumping jacks.

PMGEN SINAS said, “This 4-minute workout is necessary for one’s blood circulation and reduction of hypertension. You can proceed to hallways for proper execution in case the office is not spacious”.

He also encouraged the Team NCRPO to do 10,000 steps daily which is also beneficial to one’s health.
