NCRPO Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the successful manhunt operation conducted by the personnel of Pasay City Police Station which resulted in the arrest of their Station’s Top 3 Most Wanted Person for the Crime of ROBBERY.
Accused was identified as RODEL DE ASIS y AMITA, male, 24 years old, with live-in partner, jobless and residing at No 1093 Amarillo Street, Brgy 184, Zone 19, Maricaban, Pasay City.
The successful operation stemmed from a report given by a confidential informant, thereafter, operatives conducted series of casing and surveillance for 5 days. Upon validation of his whereabouts, a manhunt operation was hatched along Amarillo St., Brgy. 184, Zone 19, Maricaban, Pasay City at about 10:40 PM of July 9, 2020 (Thursday).
According to the report, operatives of Pasay Police was able to serve the Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge JEHAN SAMPAO-HASSIMAN RTC Branch 109, Pasay City dated July 19, 2019 for the crime of Robbery, docketed under Criminal Case No. 19-02942-CR with recommended bail fixed at Php 100,000.00 against De Asis.
Arrested accused is currently detained at Substation 1 Custodial Facility of Pasay City Police Station and was properly documented prior submission to the court of origin for proper disposition.
