LAS PIÑAS’ NO. 7 MOST WANTED PERSON, NAILED

Initial investigation disclosed that the arrested accused was identified as MACOI PABUSTAN y FAUSTO aka MAC MAC DEVINA aka DANVER DIVINA PABUSTAN, 35 years old, male, single and residing at # 16 Teachers Comp. BF Intl CAA, Las Piñas City.

The arrest was plotted after a series of Intel gathering of the operatives. Subsequently, an informant also provided the location of the said accused. Operatives immediately conducted surveillance and monitoring to confirm the veracity of the received report and successfully served the warrant of arrest.

The accused has a pending warrant of arrest for Frustrated Homicide and violation of Sec. 12 Article II of R.A. 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act issued by Hon. Judge Lorna Navarro Domingo, Regional Trial Court Branch 201, Las Piñas City, Docketed under Criminal Case No. 20-0274 with bail recommended of PHP 24,000.00 and Criminal Case No. 20-0438 with no bail indicated dated February 17, 2020.

The arrested accused was apprised of his constitutional rights and presently detained at Las Piñas City Police Station Custodial Facility, Las Piñas City for proper documentation.

NO. 3 MOST WANTED PERSON OF JOSE ABAD SANTOS, NABBED IN TONDO

The National Capital Region Police Office, Chief, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the Intelligence Section and Warrant Section of PS – 7 Jose Abad Santos, Manila Police District for the successful apprehension of Station’s Number 3 Most Wanted Person by virtue of warrant of arrest along Juan Luna Street corner Coral Street, Tondo, Manila at around 2:00 PM of October 13, 2020.

The arrest was plotted after an information was received from a Barangay Information Network (BIN) about the whereabouts of the accused. PS – 7 personnel conducted surveillance and monitoring to confirm the veracity of the received information. Subsequently, after confirming police personnel conducted police operation which led to the service of warrant to the said accused.

Initial report showed that the arrested accused was identified as Rommel Cuaycong a.k.a “Rommel Rivera”, 36 years old, male, single, grab driver, residing at house no. 734 Fajardo Street, Tondo, Manila.

The above-mentioned accused has a pending warrant of arrest dated February 29, 2012 issued by Honorable Judge Teresa P Soriaso of Regional Trial Court Branch 27, Manila with Criminal Case Number 12-289703 for the crime of Attempted Murder.

The arrested accused was apprised of his constitutional rights and presently detained at PS-7 Jose Abad Santos Custodial Facility pending the return of the Warrant of Arrest and issuance of commitment order.

Moriones-Tondo‘s Top 10 Most Wanted Person and Member of “Batang City Jail”, Arrested

Pursuant to Team NCRPO’s intensified fight against all forms of criminality especially in the campaign against Most Wanted Persons in the Metro, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, Regional Director, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) commends Moriones-Tondo Police Station, Manila Police District for the successful arrest of their station’s Top 10 Most Wanted Person.

Upon verification of a report provided by a confidential informant regarding the whereabouts of the subject person, operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section of MTPS conducted manhunt operation that resulted in the arrest of the accused about 1:40AM on October 13, 2020 along Kagitingan Street near corner Zabala Street Brgy 29 Tondo Manila.

The arrested suspect was identified as Froilan Balais y Cajunday also known as Froi, 30 years old, male, with live-in – partner, marketing management, presently residing at 299 Zaragosa Street Brgy 29 Tondo Manila.

Futhermore, the accused is listed as Moriones-Tondo’s Police Station number 10 Most Wanted Person and a member of the dreaded “Batang City Jail.” He was arrested by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Slight Physical Injuries with PHP2,000 bail recommended issued by Hon. Amor A Reyes, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 6 Manila issued on February 17, 2010 docketed under CC No. 09-271440.

Accused is currently detained at the detention cell of Moriones-Tondo Police Station pending the return of Warrant Of Arrest and issuance of Commitment Order.

TOP 6 MOST WANTED PERSON OF NOVALICHES POLICE, JAILED

PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, Chief, NCRPO applauds Novaliches Police Station, Quezon City Police District for the successful Service of Warrant of Arrest to Top 6 Most Wanted Person of the Station along Bethzaida St., Brgy. San Agustin, Novaliches, Quezon City at around 6:15 PM of October 10, 2020.

The arrest ensued during the conduct of Simultaneous Enhanced Management of Police Operation (SEMPO) by the personnel of Novaliches Police Station. Operatives conducted Intel gathering and surveillance against the accused. Subsequently, after locating the accused they served the warrant of arrest against him.

The arrested accused was identified as ISAGANI BALORO y SERANO male, 19 years old, single, jobless, native and residing at No. 27 Jordan St., Tawid Sapa, Brgy. San Agustin, Novaliches, Quezon City.

The above-mentioned accused has a pending warrant of arrest issued on June 22, 2020 in Quezon City by Hon. RAFAEL G. HIPOLITO, Presiding Judge of Branch 215, RTC, Quezon City for a case of ROBBERY In an Inhabited House under Article 299 of the RPC docketed under Criminal Case no. Q-20-04714 with bail recommended at Php. 120,000.00 for his provisional liberty.

Arrested accused was apprised of his constitutional rights and currently is in the custody of Novaliches Police Station for proper disposition.

TOP 3 MOST WANTED PERSON FOR RAPE, NABBED IN VALENZUELA

The National Capital Region Police Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauded the successful manhunt operations conducted by the personnel of Sta. Cruz (PS 3) Police Station, Manila Police District which led to the arrest of their Top 3 Most Wanted Person for the crime of Rape.

According to the initial report, the arrest resulted from a follow-up operation conducted in relation with the Simultaneous Enhanced Management of Police Operations (SEMPO) by the personnel of the Manila Police District, Sta. Cruz Police Station, Intelligence/Warrant and Subpoena Branch along Road 2, Balubaran, Malinta, Valenzuela City at about 6:00 PM of October 10, 2020.

The accused was identified as AUGUST CEASAR ABIOG, of legal age, Male, Single, Jobless, formerly member of the PNP, residing at 23 Road 2, Balubaran, Malinta, Valenzuela City.

He was ranked number 3 Most Wanted Person for the 4th Quarter of calendar year 2020 by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest dated APRIL 1, 2014 issued by Honorable SILVERIO Q. CASTILLO of Regional Trial Court Branch 46, Manila for the crime of Rape docketed under Criminal Case Number 13-29-8728-20 with no bail recommended.

The accused is presently detained in the Custodial Facility of Sta. Cruz Police Station pending the return of the Warrant of Arrest and issuance of commitment order by the court of origin.

Top 8 Most Wanted Person of Navotas Nabbed

National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, lauds the personnel of Station Intelligence Branch (SIB) of Malabon City Police Station, Northern Police District for the successful arrest of a suspect for Frustrated Murder who has been long wanted by the law.

Investigation disclosed that after several weeks of intensive surveillance and intelligence driven operations, personnel of SIB-Malabon City Police Station proceeded to the given location. Upon validation, they immediately served and effected the warrant of arrest at about 9:00PM on October 8, 2020 along Barangay San Isidro, Montalban Rizal.

Arrested suspect was identified as Wilson Prado y Dulya, male, single, 31 years old, laborer, and a resident of Block 34, Site 8, Mandaragat St., Brgy. NBBS.

The suspect was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest dated September 2, 2019 for the Crime of Frustrated Murder issued by Hon. Anna Michella C. Atanacio-Veluz of Malabon City RTC Branch 169 with a PHP 200,000.00 bail for his temporary liberty.

The said Warrant of Arrest was properly returned to the issuing court, while the person arrested is placed under the custody of Navotas City Police Station pending the issuance of Commitment Order by the court.

TOP 3 AND 5 MOST WANTED PERSONS OF MALABON CITY, COLLARED

National Capital Region Police Office Chief, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, commended the ongoing undertaking of Team NCRPO to combat all forms of criminality particularly in the course of serving and effecting warrants of arrest of Most Wanted Persons (MWP) which resulted in the consecutive arrest of the Top 5 and Top 3 Most Wanted Persons of Malabon City Police Station.

Investigation disclosed that on 6:10 PM, of October 7, 2020 along Estrella St., Brgy Tañong Malabon City, joint operatives of Station Intelligence Section (SIS) and Warrant and Subpoena Section of Malabon City Police Station (MCPS) served and effected the warrant of arrest against the accused.

Subject person was identified as Edmark Ocap y Domasian alyas Butchoy, 26 years old, male, with live-in partner, fish vendor and a resident of Bkl 1 Dulong Hernandez, Brgy Catmon, Malabon City. He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape with Criminal Case No. 16-0803-MN issued by Hon. Anna Michaella C Atanacio-Veluz, Presiding Judge of RTC, Branch 169, dated October 1, 2019 with a bail of PHP 200,000.00 for his temporary liberty.

The operation was hatched after validation of the information provided by a confidential informant and after two (2) weeks of casing and surveillance regarding the whereabouts of the subject person.

Meanwhile, accused is under the custody of Malabon City Police Station for proper disposition and return of warrant of arrest to the issuing court, Regional Trial Court Branch 169, Malabon City.

Further, on October 6, 2020 at about 12:30PM at No. 38 Camia St., Barangay Maysilo Malabon City, joint operatives of the Intelligence Operations Section- District Intelligence Division and Station Intelligence Section – MCPS served and effected the warrant of arrest against the Top 3 MWP of MCPS.

The accused was identified Niel Campilos y Gonzales, 19 years old, single and a student. He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Frustrated Homicide with Criminal Case No. 18-6030MAL issued by Presiding Judge Rhoda Magdalene L Mapile-Osinada Regional Trial Court Branch 289 Malabon City dated July 30, 2019 with a recommended bail of Seventy two thousand pesos (PHP72,000.00) for his temporary liberty.

The accused was arrested through the conduct of intelligence driven operations, validation and research. During the arrest Campillos was apprised of his constitutional rights and will be temporarily detained at the NPD-District Investigation and Detective Management (DIDM) Custodial Facility until commitment order will be obtained from the Court.

NORTHERN POLICE DISTRICT’S NO. 5 MOST WANTED PERSON, SUCCESSFULLY SERVED WITH WARRANT

The National Capital Region Police Office, Chief, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the District Special Operating Unit (DSOU) – Northern Police District for a successful service of warrant to the No. 5 in the Top 10 Most Wanted Person of Northern Police District at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, Valenzuela City Jail, Valenzuela City at around 4:30 PM of October 3, 2020.

Initial report showed that the suspect was identified as Isagani Marcelo, 34 years old, male, single, detainee and residing at 17A, Silonian St., Brgy. Maysilo, Malabon City.

The service of warrant of the above-mentioned suspect ensued after the conduct of continuous operational research in relation to “LOI Manhunt Charlie”. NPD personnel successfully located the whereabouts of the accused and served the Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Carnapping.

The arrested suspect has a pending warrant of arrest with Criminal Case No. 20-764-MAL, dated September 8, 2020 and issued by Hon. MISAEL M LADAGA, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 292, Malabon City with a recommended bail fixed at THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 300,000.00).

Accused is presently detained at BJMP Valenzuela City for the crime of R.A 10883 “New Anti Carnapping Act of 2016” (2 Cases) docketed under Criminal Case No. 2369-V-19 and 248-V-17.

NPD’s Drug Enforcement Unit Nabs their Top 2 Drug Personality

PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS, National Capital Region Police Chief commends the enthusiasm of the operative of the District Drug Enforcement Unit of the Northern Police District for the successful arrest of the No. 2 of their Top10 Drug Personality at about 9:30PM on October 3, 2020, at No. 111 Centro St., 9th Ave Brgy 63, West Grace Park Caloocan City.

Investigaton disclosed that prior to the arrest, DDEU office received numerous complaints regarding the illegal drug activities of a certain Ivin at Barangay 63 and nearby barangays. Listed under the NPD’s drugs watch list, the suspect was subjected to continuous monitoring.

Through intelligence driven and follow-up operations, operatives discovered that the subject person is the main supplier of illegal drugs in the area. This prompted the operatives to immediately hatch a buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of the suspect.

Arrested suspect was identified as Aisiah Kervin Ko y Molina alias Aivin Ko (Watchlisted/Surrenderee), 32 years old, single, jobless, presently residing at No.149, 9th Avenue, West Grace Park, Brgy. 59, Caloocan City.

Evidence recovered from the suspect were:
a.One (1) pc. medium size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected Shabu;

b.Two (2) pcs. knot tied transparent plastic bag containing suspected Shabu;

c.One (1) pc. genuine P1,000.00 bill incorporated with eleven (11) pcs. P1,000.00 boodle money utilized as Buy-bust money; and

d.One (1) black gray sling bag with tribal markings.

The items were duly marked and inventoried in the presence of Barangay Kagawad Nelson Macaraeg, Brgy. 63, Caloocan City; and Mr. Rodil Vega, GMA News/DZBB – Media Representative.

The confiscated illegal drugs has an aggregate estimated weight of more or less 105 grams with Dangerous Drug Board value amounting to PHP714,000.00.

During the arrest, suspect was informed of the nature and cause of his apprehension and was apprised of his Constitutional Rights. Meanwhile, the suspect will be brought to NPD DDEU office and be presented to Caloocan City Prosecutor’s Office for inquest proceedings for violation of Sec. 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) and Sec 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs) under Art ll of RA 9165.

PMGEN SINAS emphasized that Team NCRPO’s round-the-clock arrest of drug personalities in the region will contribute in reducing the production and distribution of illegal drugs in the country.

SERVICE OF WARRANT OF ARREST TO THE NO.7 MOST WANTED PERSON OF MALABON CITY

PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauded the personnel of Malabon City Police Station for the successful service of warrant of arrest to Malabon’s No. 7 Top Most Wanted Person of 4th Quarter CY 2020 at about 6:30 PM of October 3, 2020 at Malabon City Police Station’s Detention Facility, along Sanciangco St, Brgy Catmon, Malabon City.

The suspect was identified as Jesus Montante y Delvo, 34 y/o, male, single, jobless, and residing at Blk 10 Lot 65 Phase 2 Area 3 Dagat-Dagatan Ave, Brgy Longos, Malabon City.

Apparently, Montante was previously arrested in Malabon for Violation of Art 151 of RPC in rel. to Executive Order No. 20-04-02-015 series of 2020 (Social Distancing and Wearing of facemask) and Violation of City Ordinance No. 07-2005 (Half-Naked) at about 2:55 PM of October 2, 2020 along Hiwas St, Brgy Longos, Malabon City.

Consequently, the Station Intelligence Section served the warrant of arrest to the said accused for the crime of Robbery by Use of Force Upon, issued by HON. MISAEL M LADAGA, Presiding Judge of RTC Br 292, Malabon City.

The accused is currently under the custody of Malabon City Police Station for booking procedures in anticipation of the issuing court’s response to the return of his warrant.
