NCRPO Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the successful manhunt operation conducted by the personnel of Manila Police District Moriones-Tondo Police Station (MPD-PS2) Warrant and Subpoena Section in close coordination with Zambales Provincial Police Office which led to the arrest of their Top 1 Most Wanted Person for the 3RD Quarter of 2020.

According to the initial report, the success of the operation was grounded upon a report from a confidential informant regarding the whereabouts of the accused.

Consequently, the police officers conducted covert operations, surveillance, monitoring and in-depth intelligence information gathering until the accused was arrested on Friday, July 10, 2020 at about 1:00 PM along Kalye Bulag, Barangay Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales.

The accused was identified as KYLE HUELAR Y AGACER, 18 years old, single, jobless and presently residing at 1141 Tagumpay St. Barangay 39 Zone 3 Tondo,  Manila.

He was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest dated June 9, 2020 issued by Honorable Presiding Judge JACQUELINE S. MARTIN-BALICTAR of Manila RTC Branch 09 for the crime of 2 Counts of Rape with no bail recommendation docketed under Criminal Case No. R-MNL-20-03024-25-CR.

The accused was thereafter detained in Moriones-Tondo Police Station Custodial Facility pending the return of the warrant of arrest and issuance of commitment order by the court of origin.
