PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the successful manhunt operation conducted by the operatives of Jose Abad Santos Police Station MPD (PS-7) intelligence and warrant section which led to the arrest of their station’s number 3 Top Most Wanted Person for the 3rd Quarter of 2020.
According to the initial report, the Tracker Team composed of personnel of the Intelligence Section and Warrant Section exerted concerted efforts to conduct surveillance and monitoring to locate the whereabouts of the accused.
Consequently, they received an information from their Barangay Informant Network (BIN) that the accused was seen along Liwanag Street, Tondo, Manila.
Immediately, at about 1:15 PM of July 6, 2020, the team plotted a police operation therein which led to the arrest of the accused who was later identified as Roosevelt Bondoc y Guevarra alias “Willy”, Male, 52 years old, Single, Jobless, residing at house no. 1068 Liwanag Street, Tondo, Manila.
During the service of warrant, the accused was informed about his standing Warrant of Arrest issued against him and was properly appraised of his constitutional rights before he was detained at PS-7 Custodial Facility pending the return of the Warrant of Arrest and issuance of commitment order.
