Station’s Top 8 Most Wanted Person Arrested in QC

The National Capital Region Police Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS commended the successful service of warrant and manhunt operation by the operatives of Talipapa Police Station, Quezon City Police District which led to the arrest of their station’s Top 8 Most Wanted Person along F. Carlos St. Brgy. Baesa Quezon City at about 01:10 pm of June 22, 2020.

The operation stemmed from a series of intelligence information gathering, monitoring and surveillance until the operatives were able to plot the manner of  serving the warrant of arrest to the accused who was later identified as ARNEL GRATIL y ESCANDON  54 years old, male, married, jobless, native of Quezon City presently residing at no. 24 F. Carlos Street Brgy Baesa Quezon City.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for violation of Qualified Theft docketed under criminal case number 1020-V-18 issued by Hon. Judge Arthur B. Melicor of RTC branch 284, Valenzuela City issued on July 6, 2018.

The suspect remains under custody of Talipapa Police Station while awaiting for the issuance of the commitment order and the warrant of arrest to be returned to the issuing court.

“I commend the successful manhunt operation by Talipapa Police Station, QCPD which led to the arrest of their Top 8 Most Wanted Person. May we continuously and vigorously enforce the law and ensure that all wanted persons hiding in Metro are arrested and made to face the charges filed against them in court,” said PMGEN SINAS.
