NCRPO Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the successful manhunt operation of the joint operatives of Intelligence Section and Warrant Section/Tracker Team of Jose Abad Santos Police Station (PS-7), Manila Police District which led to the arrest of their station’s Top 4 Most Wanted Person.
The operation was conducted at about 2:05 PM of June 30, 2020 along Mayhaligue Street corner Antonio Rivera Street, Tondo, Manila.
According to the initial report, the operation stemmed from a report from a confidential informant about the whereabouts of the accused. Consequently, the operating team conducted surveillance and monitoring to confirm the veracity of the report.
Upon finding the information to be meritable, the team conducted police operation in the said area which led in the arrest of the accused.
He was identified as Marvin Perez y Musni, Male, 28 years old, Single, Jobless, residing at house no. 840 Dagupan Street corner Coral Street, Tondo, Manila.
Further probing disclosed that the arrested accused was listed Number 4 in the Station’s Most Wanted Person for the 3rd Quarter of 2020.
He was arrested by virtue of a standing Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Robbery docketed under Criminal Case Number R-MNL-19-09724-CR dated November 26, 2019 issued by Honorable Judge Anne Liwliwa S Hidalgo – Bucu of Regional Trial Court Branch 34, Manila.
The accused is presently detained at PS-7 Custodial Facility pending return of the Warrant of Arrest and issuance of commitment order against him.
