The National Capital Region Police Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS commended the joint manhunt operation of the elements of DSOU-NPD, NDIT, RIU-NCR and DMFB, NPD which led to the arrest of No. 4 of Top 10 District Most Wanted Person of NPD for 2nd Quarter of 2020.
Initial report disclosed that after through and continuous operational research and monitoring, the operatives were able to establish the whereabouts of the accused leading to his arrest at about 8:50AM of June 17, 2020 at Brgy. West Crame Road 6, Quezon City.
He was identified as JASON PILLOGO y DELOS REYES, 26 y/o (DOB: Dec. 20, 1994), male, single with known address at Phase 6, Package 2b, Brgy. 178, Camarin, Caloocan City.
Further probing disclosed that the accused was wanted for the crime of ROBBERY with HOMICIDE and RAPE by virtue of Warrant of Arrest with Criminal Case Nr. C-87110 issued by HON. Raymundo G. Vallega, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 130 of Caloocan City with NO BAIL recommended.
The warrant of arrest was returned to the court of origin while the accused was temporarily detained at Caloocan City Police Station Custodial Facility prior to the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
“I commend the successful conduct and implementation of LOI-Manhunt Charlie by the operatives of the Northern Police District which led to the arrest of their Top 4 Most Wanted Person. The NCRPO will not cease in its effort against wanted persons hiding in the Metro,” said PMGEN SINAS.
