The National Capital Region Police Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS commended the successful manhunt operation of the operatives of Valenzuela City Police Station Intelligence Branch which led to the arrest of their Top 4 Most Wanted Person at about 9:20 AM of July 12, 2020 inside an unnumbered house located along Smith St., Riverside, Brgy. Candelaria, Macabebe, Pampanga.
Initial report disclosed that after thorough and continuous intelligence surveillance and monitoring, the operatives were able to establish the whereabouts of the accused who was later identified to be Robert Librado y Sunga, male, 39 years old (DOB: Oct 22, 1980), married, construction worker and a resident of Smith St., Riverside, Brgy. Candelaria, Macabebe, Pampanga.
Further probing disclosed that the accused was wanted for the crime of 6 counts of Rape in relation to R.A. 7610, docketed under criminal case nos. 395-V-13, 396-V-13, 397-V-13, 398-V-13, 399-V-13 and 400-V-13 issued by Hon. Judges Evangeline M. Francisco, Presiding Judge of Valenzuela City Regional Trial Court Branch 270, with no Bail recommended.
The warrant of arrest was returned to the court of origin while the accused was temporarily detained at Valenzuela City Police Station Custodial Facility prior to the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
