National Capital Region Police Office, Chief, PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS commends Valenzuela City Police Station, Northern Police District for the successful service of warrant of arrest to the Top 8 Most Wanted person of Valenzuela City at around 6:00 PM of July 9, 2020.
Initial report disclosed that the suspect voluntarily surrendered himself after knowing that he is a subject of a manhunt operations for his warrant of arrest for the crime of RA 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016) docketed under the criminal case No. 2369-V-19 and 248-V-17 issued by Emma C Matammu, Presiding Judge of Branch 269, RTC, Valenzuela City.
The suspect was identified as Isagani Marcelo y Villanueva, male, 34 years old (DOB: May 26, 1986), single, factory worker and residing at no. 17A Silonian Street, Maysilo, Malabon City. He was turned over to the Warrant and Subpoena Section, Valenzuela City Police Station.
“The unwavering effort of our men to arrest and imprison the most wanted persons in their areas are truly laudable. It lead to the voluntary surrender of one suspect which shows his respect to the authorities,” PMGEN SINAS said.
