Top 9 And Top 10 Mwp Of Novaliches Arrested

The National Capital Region Police Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the operatives of the Novaliches Police Station for the successful manhunt operation along Whiteduck St., Rainbow Homes 1, Brgy. San Bartolome, Quezon City at about about 11:00 AM of June 18, 2020.

The operation resulted to the arrest of the Top 9 and Top 10  Most Wanted Person of Novaliches identified as Allan Ibañez y Falcon, 29 y/o, Single, ducting installer and presently residing at B5, L2000 whiteduck st., Rainbow homes 1, Brgy. San Bartolome, Quezon City; and Von Kevin Ibañez y Falcon, 27 y/o, w/ live-in Partner, ducting installer, and resident of the same address.

The warrant of arrest was issued by Hon. MA. LUDMILA DE PIO LIM, presiding judge of Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 34, Quezon City for a case of SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES docketed under Criminal Case no. 19-01450 with bail recommended of Eighteen thousand pesos each(Php. 18,000.00).

Initial investigation disclosed that prior to the arrest of the accused persons, their brother was also nabbed for the same warrant of arrest. Through the information given by their brother, operatives conducted three months of casing and surveillance against the two. Upon validation of their whereabouts, operatives then effected the arrest.

The accused are under the custody of Novaliches Police Station while waiting for the return of the warrant to the court of origin.

“We have now served several standing warrants of arrest and will still continue in order to bring accused persons in courts. We call for the continuous cooperation of our people for the success of our operations,” PMGEN SINAS stated.
