Top Most Wanted Person Arrested in Makati

NCRPO Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS commended the joint operatives of Makati Station Intelligence Section, RIU NCR and RIU 4B (PIT Occ. Mindoro) for the successful arrest of Top 7 Most Wanted Person on June 18, 2020 at about 8:00 AM along  Primo Rivera Street, Brgy. Tejeros, Makati City.

The accused was identified as MICHAEL CARIÑO CALICIA, male, Filipino, 23 years old (DOB: November 20, 1998), single, water delivery boy, and presently residing at Prima Rivera corner Yague Streets, Brgy. Tejeros, Makati City and provincial address at So. Alitaytayan, Brgy. Murtha, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.

He was arrested by virtue of an ALIAS WARRANT OF ARREST duly signed and issued by Hon. JOSE S. JACINTO JR, Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 45, Makati City for the crime of RAPE docketed under Criminal Case No. R-8548 on February 18, 2020 with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED.

He was brought by personnel of RIU 4B to their office while the warrant was returned to the issuing court.
