NCRPO Chief PMGEN DEBOLD M SINAS lauds the successful manhunt operation of Taguig City Police Station which led in the arrest of Station Top 9 Most Wanted Person for the crime of Serious Physical Injuries.
According to the initial report, the success of the operation was grounded upon an information from a confidential informant about the whereabouts of the accused. Consequently, the police officers conducted surveilance, monitoring and intelligence gathering until the accused was arrested on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at about 6:00 p.m. along 91-D Champaca St Western Bicutan, Taguig City.
The accused was identified as Cenon Orsal y Opena,male,59 yrs old, with live in partner, born on November 1,1961 in San Ramon, carpenter and resident of #91-D Champca St.western Bicutan, Taguig City.
He was arrested by virtue of an Alias Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Serious Physical Injuries docketed under Criminal Case Number 18-29725 issued by Honorable Judge JUAN JOSE P ENRIQUES of Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 115, Taguig City.

The accused is presently detained at Taguig City Police Station Custodial Facility while waiting for the issuance of his commitment order.
